The Invisible Hand: How Israel Orchestrates the Terror Groups It Claims to Fight
Uncovering why ISIS and Al-Qaeda never attack Israel and how state-sponsored terrorism fuels the “Greater Israel” project—amid a seemingly coordinated media blackout keeping the issue under wraps.
A deep dive into media reports and military admissions reveals a reality far removed from the standard “War on Terror” narrative. Evidence suggests that Israel has strategically navigated, and regularly supported extremist organizations to destabilize its neighbors and fracture Palestinian leadership—clearing the path for the expansionist goals of the “Greater Israel” project.
The “Divide and Rule” Strategy: Propping Up Hamas
While Hamas is now labeled a mortal enemy, its rise was significantly enabled by Israeli policy designed to undermine secular Palestinian nationalism. In the 1970s and 80s, Israel provided support to the Islamist Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, allowing his network to build mosques and schools as a “counterweight” to the secular Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
This was not a historical accident but a calculated choice. Former military governor of Gaza, Brig. Gen. Yitzhak Segev admitted he was given a budget to help these Islamist movements to “weaken the secularists and ‘leftists’” of the PLO. By fostering an Islamist religious rival, Israel successfully split the Palestinian cause into two warring factions.
Funding the “Asset”: Suitcases of Cash
In more recent years, this strategy evolved into direct financial facilitation. Under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel approved the transfer of millions of dollars in Qatari cash—often delivered in suitcases—directly into Gaza.
Netanyahu explicitly defended this at a 2019 Likud party meeting, stating, “Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas." By keeping Hamas strong enough to govern Gaza but isolated enough to be labeled a “terrorist city", Israel ensured the Palestinian Authority remained weak and a unified two-state solution remained impossible.
As Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich bluntly put it in 2015, “The Palestinian Authority is a burden, and Hamas is an asset.”
Strategic Diversion: The ISIS and Al-Qaeda Connection
This pattern of using extremist groups to further geopolitical aims extends beyond Gaza. During the Syrian Civil War, Israel provided medical treatment to wounded Al-Qaeda terrorists, with The Jerusalem Post writing: “Report: Israel treating al-Qaida fighters wounded in Syria civil war.”
This support was paired with military aid, as confirmed by The Times of Israel: “IDF chief finally acknowledges that Israel supplied weapons to Syrian rebels.” By empowering these terrorist groups, Israel ensured the continued destabilization of Syria, a key regional rival, while ISIS focused its aggression on Hamas rather than Israeli targets.
The 9/11 Shadow and the Move Toward “Greater Israel”
Israel is strongly suspected of being involved in the 9/11 attacks, where questions of Israeli foreknowledge persist. Documents titled “The dancing Israelis: FBI docs shed light on apparent Mossad foreknowledge of 9/11 attacks” highlight the detention of Israeli agents celebrating as the towers fell.
In the aftermath, despite Iraq having “nothing to do with 9/11”—as noted by the former head of Britain’s MI5 intel agency—Israeli leaders like Netanyahu used this event to urge the U.S. to act swiftly against Iraq. This pivot served a clear purpose: removing regional obstacles to Israeli hegemony under the guise of fighting the very terror groups Israel was quietly sustaining.
Conclusion: Terror as a Geopolitical Tool
The recurring “coincidences” involving ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and Hamas are no accident. From the suitcases of cash at the Gaza border to the Israeli medical wards treating Al-Qaeda terrorists, the evidence identifies these groups as strategic proxy forces.
By fostering internal division and regional chaos, Israel systematically clears the path for the “Greater Israel” project. This reality—that the state is actively sponsoring the very terrorism it claims to fight—is a truth Western media, tethered to Zionist influence, refuses to touch.
The rabbit hole goes deeper. Israel’s long history of orchestrating false flag operations—including state-sponsored attacks against Jewish communities worldwide to manipulate global optics and coerce immigration through fear—is a pattern I will expose in my next investigation.
